DESCRIPTION OF THE PROGRAMME:
The programme is aimed at improving the personal and professional qualities, forming the skills of self-management and self-development. The programme comprises various cultural and sightseeing activities aimed at familiarizing the participants with the unique natural environment and the historical heritage of Belarus.
THE GOALS OF THE PROGRAMME
- developing the ability of adequate and full understanding of oneself, and other people taking into account various ethnocultural and sociocultural differences;
- correction of personal qualities and skills, overcoming the barriers of interpersonal interaction;
- understanding individual pedagogical values within the context of multicultural educational environment;
- developing the skills of practical realization of the deontological interaction with the pupils, solving problematic situations during pedagogical practice.
